  1. [AOT] Avoid Var-to-Var Let binding in AOTExecutorCodegen 

    Prior to apache#14951, these can have
erroneous simplifications when used in buffer definitions.  While they
no longer cause issues with correct-ness, they are unnecessary in this case.
