This pull request introduces two new features to enhance the Payara Server tool's usability within the Apache NetBeans IDE. It introduces the
OpenDomainDirectoryandOpenServerHomeDirectoryactions, which allow users to quickly open the Payara Server's domain directory and home directory respectively, directly from the Apache NetBeans IDE.
