Open the Payara Server's home and domain directory in Explorer #6347

This pull request introduces two new features to enhance the Payara Server tool's usability within the Apache NetBeans IDE. It introduces the OpenDomainDirectory and OpenServerHomeDirectory actions, which allow users to quickly open the Payara Server's domain directory and home directory respectively, directly from the Apache NetBeans IDE.

I was verifying it on Linux, works like a charm. Debian, XFCE, OpenJDK 11

my only nitpick would be that this should be probably implemented for more servers :)
