Keka tests builds

Here are most recent Keka tests builds:

• Keka-v1.4.6.r5535:
  • Fixed exclusion of some Mac resource forks (Thanks to @jajajaneeneenee) #488 #1236 #1548
  • Fixed extraction auto-renaming starting with number 3 (Thanks to @OnesuchDev) #1537

Test version for setting iOS (iPad compatible) version as default macOS handler:

• KekaExternalHelper-iOS.7z: Do open it normally, extract it in the Desktop and open it in the Terminal like this:
  ~/Desktop/KekaExternalHelper.app/Contents/MacOS/KekaExternalHelper --set-as-default
