Simple small unfinished app (React + TypeScript + Material UI).

Automatically deployed on Push to GitHub Pages (via GitHub Actions).

The idea behind the app is: like Google Forms but the configuration and preview of your form are on the same page.

Also, you can see (and export to CSV) the test submitted results (to check the format of future responses).
