Changes:

Greatly improved the UI scaling feature, which now also scales the status bar.
Added support for enabling the built-in debug mode.
'ppat' decoder rewritten to support lower bit depths as used in EVC/EVO.
Added fix for poor quality Mission BBS title rendering in Wine.
Increased the particle cap.
Improved handling of windowed checkbox in prefs.
CE version is displayed in the lower left corner on the main menu.
Included Charcoal font file for button text.
