Feature
Description
Adds a changelog and action to generate the changelog on push to master. Also adds some tweaks to the readme.
I don't love this implementation with regards to how I am using this action. I will look into a better solution but this is a good solution for now.
Why should this be added
Allow users to easily see the changes between versions
