If you have fixed the pullup at D+ line, use fastusbasp.bin

$ st-flash write fastusbasp.bin 0x08000000

In case, you did not fix the wrong pullup at D+ line, use
fastusbasp-wrongpullup.bin binary instead.

$ st-flash write fastusbasp-wrongpullup.bin 0x08000000
