The release contains:

• latest receipe for RC - As in intermediate release V00-13
• PU Jet Id
• Regression for photons.

To compile it, checkout the code as describe in firsts line of setup.sh (moved from test/instructions.txt and made executables) and then execute it to get all dependeces and compile.
