[How can I] use only one single piece of my website as a "section" to pass through only one scroll, and the rest of the website use it normally?

You can use the option autoScrolling:false for it. Then add anything you want under the plugin wrapper:

  1. Turn off mousewheel/trackpad/touch: $.fn.fullpage.setAllowScrolling(false);
  2. Turn off scrolling via arrow keys: $.fn.fullpage.setKeyboardScrolling(false);
