• Enable DOI in BibLaTex.
• Pass options to packages:
  • Pass hidelinks to hyperref.
  • Pass mmddyyyy,iso to datetime.
  • Pass para to footmisc.
  • Pass tt=false,type1=true to libertine.
• Make sure all figures and tables centered by default.
• Use pgfopts to process options.
• Only break bibliography page when breaks is true.
• Adjust spaceing and strech.
• Remove outdated options.
