- Update GOV.UK Frontend from v3.12.0 to v3.13.30
- Use new lockfile format from npm v7
- Sync header markup with latest in GOV.UK Frontend
This also updates the repo to use the new lockfile format introduced in npm v7, which is backwards compatible with npm 6 [1]. [1]: https://github.blog/2021-02-02-npm-7-is-now-generally-available/#changes-to-the-lockfile
This syncs the header__logotype element with the latest version from GOV.UK Frontend, including changes from: - alphagov/govuk-frontend#1780 (changed in v3.8.0) - alphagov/govuk-frontend#2229 (changed in v3.13.0)
