Bug cards

  • Bug cards should focus on the problem: “X is broken, steps to reproduce”.
  • Fix bugs immediately if you can quickly, otherwise write a bug card for it.
  • You can work on any bug if you have some spare time between cards.
  • Comment on a bug if you see it happening e.g. link to a Zendesk ticket.
  • Don’t leave Zendesk tickets open for bugs - solve them and reply later.

New bug cards go in a special section of the Icebox:
