| The GOV.UK logo has been updated to reflect the changing of the monarch; King Charles III uses the Tudor Crown, rather than the St Edward’s Crown chosen by Queen Elizabeth II. |

Add changelog for impending 3.15.0 release, detailing how to update the image assets and header to use the Tudor Crown.
Version 4.8.0 will likely use a similar changelog, as the instructions are the same, so I've avoided mentioning anything too specific to either version.
