This is a minor proof for correcting punctuation and use of 'which' and 'that'.
Note: this is not an edit and it is not to style. (Both beyond the scope of this project.)

To query this one: is the intended meaning that outdated back-end systems inherently prevent effective data sharing, or that these particular outdated back-end systems prevent effective data sharing?

This dates back to @jackfranklin’s initial commit, so I’m not sure who’s best to ask about the intended meaning here.
