PR Overview

Thanks to contributions from community, Sentinel team merged 4 pull requests in the repository last week. They are:

• Add version info in the left top of dashboard, like this: Sentinel 控制台 1.7.0 (#1015)
• "@OverRide" should be used on overriding and implementing methods (#1014)
• sentinel console disable login (#1004)
• Throw the original exception when fallback or blockHandler method is invoked in annotation support (#986)
