Install github.com/alexisvisco/kcd-gin
go get github.com/alexisvisco/kcd-gin
Use kcdgin.Setup()
to register path extractor for gin.
Use kcdgin.Handler
instead of kcd.Handler
this handler will convert the Handler returned by kcd into a gin handler.

// to do. Adding kcdgin.Handler(your handler)
