Tested against vnstat 2.3 and vnstat 1.14
Use 'current' google chart version
5min graph duration adjusts automatically to screen width
Make graphs taller More digits in graph data

Tested with vnstat 2.3 (latest)
This includes the json v2 fix.
Since 5 minute data is noisier I used the logarithmic scale.
The material design graph does not support log so the legacy graph is used.
I am a first time user of both php and github, so sorry if I made a mess.
I mostly did this for my own use and as a learning tool - but here it is in case anybody else wants it.
