missing social icons on login page

Issue description

Current behavior:
Login page don't show the social icons

Expected behavior:
Login page show social icons

Steps to reproduce:
Open the login page from the online demo and you can see thet the social icons are missing

I investigated some previous commit and the socicon module was dropped.
Reinstalling the module and updating the angular-cli.json file the icons return visible on login page.
