- this adds a motion correction rule to align the bzeros, before averaging them, to use as a reference for dwi to t1 registration.
- this only affects workflows where topup is not used
- WIP: confirm that topup, reg_dwi_to_t1, eddy etc works as expected still
- uses nifty reg to perform rigid alignment - only does this if topup is not used (test out at a later time if this can be helpful for topup too) - may not theoretically work if phase encode direction is not the same after motion correction
