Read the cloud cover ISCCP D2 data This program gives 130 parameters regarding the different clouds in different altitudes for the globe. The parameters are: Temprature, pressure, altitude, cloude average, ... . o run the program first change the D2 filename "ISCCP.D2.0.GLOBAL.1983.07.99.9999.GPC" to fort.10 and be sure to have fort.9 and for this sample program, it reads the mean cloud average for the date in the filename "1983.07 "
