Had to fix Spock tests, since they weren't running anymore.
Gradle 7 changed to single lockfile per project.
Groovy 3 isn't compatible with older Gradle versions.
This is a breaking change.
Required to use JGit 6.
Use same version of Java across both.
With the move to compile with Groovy 3 which is the default on Gradle 7, we are dropping support for older versions of Gradle.

This will be a Grgit 5 release, since it drops Java 8 support from the JGit 6 upgrade. Likely going to think about other breaking changes that may need to be made, such as dealing with the buildFinished stuff for configuration cache.
