Known issue on macOS < 10.15 (Mojave or lower): reading from device will give an "unknown error" (see #428).

- Support new iPhones and iPads (Important note: an APNonce is required for these new devices even though blobsaver doesn't force it)
- Allow using an already downloaded build manifest or IPSW file
- Delete build manifest after saving blobs to avoid using extra disk space
