Added scripts to the testing container as a mapped volume, since they are utilised by the unit tests written for the backup and restoration features.

New version tag and minor updated of the github actions workflow -
dockerized-tests.yml. Thescriptsfolder were included to the testing container, since it is utilised by unit tests.
