Sniper-detloc

Extensions to the Sniper simulator (http://snipersim.org) for investigating the memory access locality and balance in multi-threaded applications.

Features:

  1. Tracing
    • Memory access counters
    • Threads' communication detection (spatial and temporal)
  2. Thread mapping
  3. Cache usage monitoring (see the cache-mon branch)
