With the release of the AAS-SPEC-API repository, the current and Swagger Hub aligned YAML files are publicly available. The obsolete YAML files in this repository can be removed.

Remove YAML files in aas-specs and move them to aas-specs-api

The YAML file in repository aas-specs are obsolete and redundant
due to the public availability of repository aas-pecs-api.
This fixes the issue given in #290
