Update library for CircuitPython_Requests

PyPortal library now uses the CircuitPython_Requests module instead of ESP32SPI_Requests.

This release requires ESP32SPI v1.7.0 (https://github.com/adafruit/Adafruit_CircuitPython_ESP32SPI/releases) or higher, and the CircuitPython Requests module.

To use in CircuitPython, simply install the Adafruit CircuitPython bundle.
