Adds natural gas and oil generation statistics for a couple of larger North Slope generators that was left out in the 2011-13 dataset.
Also modifies the statewide net generation graphic to accompany a new y limit increase to go with the increase in generation.
It seems there is still more to be added, but this is a good start.
