This PR address some issues related to citations and credits

  • typo on the front page
  • reference to "DOWL Engineering" corrected
  • Shivani's last name corrected
  • credit statement for Dayne added to timeline of historical reports

Bonus: rudimentary corrections make to table of reports to avoid text overwriting the next column
