Change Pamela's Father override to be correct

Patch Side:

• Put back the key sets to 0 in savefile to prevent keys from being initialized to 255
• Fix Link being given magic on save creation. This should fix all magic check bugs until magic is retrieved.
• Fix draw items for progressive swords, wallets, and magic.
• Fix Link not spawning back with proper sword if it was stolen

App Side

• Update Z3DR to fix key issue and show overhead progressive items.
• Fix ZH Deku Evan to be ZH Evan.
• Fix MV Day 1/2 to be razor and gilded.
• Formatting adjustments in item table.
• Fix starting bottles being moldy milk.
• Fix sword and shield not applying on all on.
• Adjust deku princess access to add sword.
