之前issue #534里面提到，现在删除反馈会把它们移到“已结束”栏目中，而在那里既没有恢复到草稿箱的功能，也没有彻底删除的选项，甚至不能复制反馈的标题和正文。
所以我觉得，不如直接把
DELETED这个状态去掉，删除反馈的时候直接从数据库里面删掉。
