For the moment, we use a ad-hoc format called SimpleJson. For compatibility with telemetry-server, we should reverse-engineer (and document!) the format used by Firefox.

I have an experimental version that implements this for flat histograms.
I'm now trying to understand how to make it work with keyed histograms.

And the tests we need to look at are in test_nsITelemetry.js.
