Fix for this issue #16

This code changes the default sorting order based on weight for categories section in Dashboard page. On the dashboard page, we have default sorting order for taxonomy categories set to descending. This is impacting the order set by site-admin in the backend.
The sorting order for the categories listing page is set to ascending by default
