Could you provide binary exe package for Windows on ARM, or can I compile it by myself with intstructions?

I don't have the hardware to run Windows or ARM, or even MacOS (#3411).

Also, MSYS2 does not support ARM yet: msys2/MSYS2-packages#1787

So I don't think that it is possible at present, sorry.

It looks like it may be possible to run emulated now: Run Win11 on ARM in QEMU: When following this guide on a host not capable of native arm64 KVM...
