新版v2rayN V7.8.3 用最新的core无法代理上网

要使用v2rayN V6.1 版本中提供的 Xray 1.7.0 (Xray, Penetrates Everything.) Custom (go1.19.4 windows/amd64) 这个版本替换掉就能上网了，这是什么原因啊？ 只要更新到最新的core版本就不能上了！
