Time in Messages

The Time is not shown 24h. I see also not if am or pm.

The Time in the Message is 18:36 and 19:56

It is hard Coded in messages.php Line 374

It should look like this than 24h works - big H. Maybee it works with a variable so the Time Code is the same in Admin CP but that i don't know how to it - less knowledge of php programming :-)
