Description

The deployment of this PR to staging failed, so I think we should revert it and find the problem.

The error posted in the description was actually related to the staging database not being accessible due to our restore process failing part way through. I don't believe this dependency update is related, and I've successfully restored the staging API now that the database is back up. Closing this!
