Always show search title, even when search has no results

Description

This PR removes the check for noresult in the search results page to always show the search term as a page title. This prevents layout shifts.

It also removes unused functions, and uses constants to check for content type supported status, and removes a stray log.

Testing Instructions

Run the app and search for something that doesn't exist :) See that layout doesn't shift, although the skeletons and the meta search form appear and then disappear (this should be addressed in a separate PR).

LGTM! The removal of unused functions and the stray log is a nice touch.

Nice! I still think we do want to hide the title when there's not results, but this is an improvement regardless.
