Ignoring extra files

Description

This PR adds .pnpm-debug.log to the .gitignore to prevent tracking it and exclude Storybook stories from jest coverage reports.

Testing Instructions

Run pnpm test and see no more *.stories.js files mentioned, unlike in the main branch.
