Storybook block editor component css issue ( in BlockCanvas ) , the css is not loading.

I have added a fix as per discussed #61341

I am adding a PR as well after this issue.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Go to the page - https://wordpress.github.io/gutenberg/?path=/story/playground-block-editor--box
2. Try adding a new block for example image block and the button and etc are messed up, it seems css are not applied.
