github is blocking ajax requests

This only occurs on the gh-pages branch on http://webmole.github.io/iframe-ajax-listener/

the server responded with a status of 405 (Not Allowed)

and

POST http://webmole.github.io/iframe-ajax-listener/response.html 405 (Not Allowed)

Added a way to change iframe's src on the fly so instead of ajax.html, load a page that doesn't have the SAMEORIGIN header and that contains ajax calls.
