Add hide wallet discovery param in Modal

Motivation and Context

Some clients want to hide wallet discovery in PnP Modal SDK

Description

• add hideWalletDiscovery param in modal config params

web3auth.initModal({ hideWalletDiscovery: true });

• update vue-composables, react hooks
• update vue-app-new example

How has this been tested?

Screenshots (if appropriate):

• When hideWalletDiscovery=false (default=false)
  -- if no wallet adapters configured -> hide "Connect with a wallet" button
  
  -- if only wallet connect is configured -> show full wallet discovery with WC QR-code
  
  -- if wallet connect is not configured, other adapters configured -> show full wallet discovery without QR code
  

• When hideWalletDiscovery=true
  -- if no wallet adapters configured -> hide "Connect with a wallet" button
  
  -- if only wallet connect is configured -> hide "Connect with a wallet" button
  
  -- if other wallet adapters configured -> show "Connect with a wallet" button and show external wallets only
