Since its inception, smuggling has been a major concern for Bangladesh. BGB along with the police, customs officers, and magistrates are handling the smuggled goods and the smugglers. The current manual approach is error-prone and vulnerable to corruption. Thus, we have proposed a system based on Hyperledger Fabric, a permissioned blockchain to maintain the seized goods and their records.
