In particular, describe format of URL (which has changed to separate the main URL from ad component URLs), the format of the response, and format of the value passed to scoreAd.
This proposal passes dictionaries with the original URLs as keys to scoreAd, because that mirrors the JSON data format more closely, and this is data we can safely provide.
