In the current state, executing

pkg> add ExtendableFEMBase,ExtendableFEM

will install the current version 0.6.0 of ExtendableFEM.jl, but leave ExtendableFEMBase.jl in the deprecated version 0.6.1 due to the current [compat] restrictions imposed by ExtendableFEM.jl:

Resolving package versions...
   Installed ExtendableFEMBase ─ v0.6.1
   Installed ExtendableFEM ───── v0.6.0

pkg> st --outdated
Status `/tmp/nuke_julia/Project.toml`
⌅ [12fb9182] ExtendableFEMBase v0.6.1 (<v0.7.0): ExtendableFEM

On my end, at least the tests run through with the latest ExtendableFEMBase included so perhaps an update of the compats is in order?
