  • AWS S3 util to be made modular
  • AWS DynamoDB util to be made modular
    • Remove hard-coded SNSTopic ARN with prod account ID

- Fix user controller to use modular utils, helps keeping logic clean
- Fix API systemd service start failure in post-install scripts
- Update ami-name and tags
- Add Code of Conduct, contributing guidelines and issue templates
