This should address the problems with publishing after the
0.11.5mill bump.Note that passing
--disable-callgraph-invalidationexplicitly is now necessary until com-lihaoyi/mill#2844 gets resolved.Another note:
-irequires to always be the first argument when passed to themillscript.For the initial workaround for the
