Layers - name and type links to move focus rather than opening a new tab

As per title, we need to change the behaviour of the name and type links in the layers component.
For the links under the type column we just need to move the focus, so the term info, and display the info linked to that id.
For the links under the name column we need to move the focus and the selection.
