By using parts of the Zig compiler we'll be able to maximize reuse once Aro is made a dependency of Zig.
It is now possible to make a minimal runnable executable:
```shell
$ cat a.c
int main(void) {
return 0;
}
$ zig build run -- a.c -c
$ zig cc a.o
$ ./a.out
$
```

It was pretty obvious that it most of Zig's backend would not be reusable we'll take what we can so that there'll be as little duplication as possible once Aro becomes a dependency for Zig.
