Back end rework PR: VIRTUE-DBIS/virtual-exhibition-manager#5

Major changes:

  • Upgrade to Unity 2020.3 (@Spiess)
  • Major refactoring to remove redundant/bloated stuff
  • Code formatting and cleaning, renamings to respect naming conventions
  • High res images are currently downscaled to lower RAM usages for larger exhibitions (the threshold could be made a setting)
  • Will require the updated VREP version to work (PR in the VREM repo is coming soon)

I'll merge this, and we'll do a v0.2 release once we're confident that this is stable (e.g. we've had another person do a full test including setup)
