Initial release

First release of Pathogen Discovery pipeline. We have added the following features:

1. Download and install all dependencies required for the pipeline
2. Added the quality matrix of the sequencing lanes using fastqc
3. Added a routine to check where it fails in case something went wrong
4. Designed the application using fragmented tasks for easy upgrade.
5. Auto configure all parameters with limited manual involvement
